Conceived by the school’s head of creative art, Lloyd Williams, as a Golden

Jubilee year celebration and edited by David Roberts, it offers a fascinating look back at the achievements of one of education’s ground-breaking pioneers.

The book’s many images reflect the life of the school from its inception right up to the present day. Pupils, teachers, classrooms and events all feature on its fascinating and nostalgic pages.
